Appleby is situated close to the M1 and A1 on the edge of Sherwood Forest making it the perfect place to stay if you are visiting  Mansfield, Sherwood Forest or surrounding areas, either working or just taking a break.

 

Chesterfield, Nottingham, Derby and Sheffield are within easy driving distance.

 

Appleby is also particularly popular with guests visiting the Derbyshire Peak District due to its location and easy accessibility.

A warm welcome and spacious surroundings await you at our most attractive Victorian house. Built within its own private grounds, it provides the perfect environment for relaxation, a home from home.

 

 

Appleby  is very comfortable, quiet and competitively priced. It is family run and offers excellent bed and breakfast accommodation. The guest house, together with its swimming pool, is accessed via its own private drive, away from the main road.  Ample car parking is provided adjacent to the house for convenience.  

 

 

All bedrooms are centrally heated and have TV, tea and coffee making facilities.  Accommodation varies from single occupancy to family rooms - with En-suite facilities.
