Road Directions
M1 traveling South
Exit at M1 J29 and take the second turn to the left at
the end of the slip road sign posted A617 Mansfield.
Keep on the A617 passing through "Glapwell" towards
"Pleasley" and "Mansfield".
Appleby Guest house is situated on the left just before reaching
"Pleasley" and the start of a short dual carriageway leading to
a roundabout.
M1 traveling North
The above route (M1 J29) is recommended, but should you wish to
leave the motorway at M1 J28, directions are given below.
Exit at M1 J28 and at the end of the slip road
go around the roundabout towards the right, sign posted A38 Mansfield.
Keep on the A38 Mansfield passing through numerous
traffic lights until you come to a roundabout with McDonalds on the left.
Go straight on over the roundabout A6075 towards a set of
traffic lights (at traffic lights - Fox and Crown PH on left).
Go straight on A6075 through the lights down to another
set of traffic lights which joins a dual carriageway (at traffic lights - Petrol
Station on left).
At the traffic lights turn left A617 Chesterfield and
head towards "Pleasley" in the direction of the M1 and Chesterfield.
At "Pleasley" on the A617 you will
arrive at a roundabout, go straight on over the roundabout, keep on the A617
and start moving over towards the right hand lane of the short dual carriageway.
Appleby Guest House is on the right at the end of the short dual
carriageway.
